FAQ
What is DPC
DPC, or Direct Primary Care, is a healthcare model where patients pay a flat monthly fee for enhanced access to their doctor—without the complexities of insurance.
What does the membership fee cover
Your membership fee includes unlimited visits, annual wellness exams, well-child visits, sports and school physicals, basic office procedures, treatment for acute illnesses and minor injuries, and direct access to your provider with minimal wait times
What services do you offer
We provide care for patients of all ages — from newborns to geriatrics. Services include chronic disease management (such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, and cholesterol), acute illness and injury visits, preventive and wellness care, well-child exams, sports physicals, skin procedures, sutures, ear wax removal, and more
What insurance do you take?
We do not accept insurance plans. This ensures that our practitioner has the time to devote fully to your care and deliver the access and convenience our patients deserve, without the restrictions and time demands imposed by private insurance companies. Patients with insurance are still welcome to join, and you may continue using your insurance for services received outside of our clinic
Tell me more about having access to the provider
Our patients can reach us in the way that feels most comfortable for them. We offer secure messaging, text, phone calls, and video visits during business hours. For urgent needs after hours, the provider will be available to guide the next step
How are medical cost managed in your DPC practice?
AllCare makes every effort to find labs, medication and imaging services at a lower costs. If you do find lower cost elsewhere, please let our provider assist you by sending orders, allowing you to use you insurance effectively.
What if I need to be seen ASAP
When our office is open, we can usually see you the same day or the next day if needed. In many cases, we’re able to discuss your concerns with you first — and often you may not even need to come into the office.
What if I decide to cancel?
We expect to have an open, honest, respectful relationship with you. We have a minimum commitment of 90 days, however, we anticipate a long-term patient/provider realtionship. We do ask you give us a 30 day ntoice if you wish to cancel. We understand things happen.
Does AllCare Health & Healing handle emergency situations?
For emergencies, we recommend that you go to the nearest Emergency Room. Please note that Direct Primary Care does not replace emergency medical treatment
