I’m Tarra Waltmire, Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of AllCare Health & Healing.
After years of working in traditional health care, I witnessed how the system often left patients rushed through visits, unheard, and burdened by rising costs. I knew there had to be a better way.

That’s why I created AllCare — to offer the kind of care I’d want for my own family: personal, compassionate, and built on trust. With more than a decade of nursing and advanced practice experience, I’ve had the privilege of caring for patients at every stage of life. One truth stands out: when people are given time, attention, and education, their health improves and their stress decreases.

Through our Direct Primary Care membership model, I’m able to focus fully on what matters most — you. From routine checkups and chronic condition management to wellness services, my role is to listen, guide, and partner with you on your health journey.
